Our Responsibility:
1. Create a
unique project that ensures the wants and ideas of the customer are fulfilled.
2. Create a user
timeline to ensure project is executed in a timely manner that will fit the
project time requirements.
3. Perform room
layouts, item specification, and room item listings ensuring the budget of the
school is met.
4. Write a
specification to provide competitive pricing based on the requirements of the
school.
5. Assign an
internal and external project manager.
| Customer Responsibility:
1. Agree to work
with us on the project to the entirety.
2. Agree to adhere to the
timeline set forth by both parties.
3. Agree to provide a budgetary
number for furniture and equipment for the purpose of ensuring products chosen for the project do not exceed the
budget.
4. Agree to be open to
presentations of new or existing products that could benefit the customer.
5. Understand that delays on the
Customer Responsibility tasks could drastically affect the outcome and timeline.
6. Agree to open CAD (dwg.)
files transfer at no cost.
7. Agree to assign and customer
project manager to work with our project managers on viewing product demonstrations, review room
layouts, review product specification and review bid documents.
8. Allow our project manager the opportunity
to review bid tabulation with the owner after bid opening.
